Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every Swingo product. Please review our refund policy to understand our process and guidelines for returns, cancellations, and replacements.

1. Refund Eligibility, Timeframes & Return/Replace Request Process

  • Refunds are eligible for products returned in unused, original condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
  • To request a return or replacement, contact our support team at support@myswingo.com. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refund will be done within 5 days in your original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable/Non-Cancellable Products or Services

  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • Opened or used mattresses and pillows are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Services such as delivery or assembly charges are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Procedures, Fees & Requirements

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed.
  • If approved, cancellations are free of charge for orders canceled before processing.
  • For cancellations after processing, a restocking fee of 10% may apply.
