Return Policy

Returns are allowed only for manufacturing defects or damages and are subject to the provisions outlined in the product warranty document provided with your purchase (the "Warranty Document"). However, Swingo shall not be liable for returns if we determine that the defect or damage was caused by misuse, improper storage, maintenance, use, assembly, installation, alteration, or repair by the customer. Except as expressly stated in this Return Policy, orders cannot be canceled once the products have been dispatched by Swingo.

To qualify for a return and refund, you must notify Swingo in writing and return the product within 48 hours of receipt.

 

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and free from any tampering or damage.
  • You must provide the original invoice along with the product to process the return.

 

Return Process:

  • Email your return request to support@myswingo.com, including details of the defect, the invoice number, and the delivery note number. Wait for approval before shipping the product back to us.

 

Shipping for Returns:

  • Swingo will bear the shipping costs for returns only if the return claim is approved.
  • Customers must ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent transit damage. Any cost incurred due to damage during transit will be deducted from the refund.

 

Refunds:

  • Once Swingo receives and inspects the returned product, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
  • If the defect is confirmed and the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 working days. The exact time frame may vary based on your payment provider's policies.

 

Short Delivery:

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect the delivery to ensure all items match your order. In case of a short delivery, inform the courier immediately and document the shortage on the proof of delivery document.
  • Submit this information to Swingo for investigation. If verified, Swingo will arrange for the missing items to be delivered promptly.
  • Short delivery claims must be reported within the same day of delivery; otherwise, Swingo will not be liable for any discrepancies.

 

Exclusive Remedy:
The return of defective or damaged products and associated refunds, as outlined in this policy, shall be your sole and exclusive remedy. Similarly, arranging delivery for undelivered products in cases of short delivery shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for such issues.
